moimflow (the “Service”) values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information is collected and used during service use, and what rights users have.

1. Personal information we collect

The Service collects only the minimum information required to provide core features.

✔ Required (service operation): Nickname, MBTI, and group participation identifiers (invite link/group ID and related IDs)

✔ Automatically collected (logs): Access records, IP address, browser/device information, cookies, visit/use records (including error logs)

Note: The Service does not intentionally collect unnecessary data such as national ID numbers or sensitive personal data (health, politics, religion, etc.). Please do not enter such data.

2. Purpose of collection and use

• Provide core features such as group creation/join, relationship graph, and chemistry reports
• User identification, abuse prevention, and service stability
• Respond to inquiries and deliver notices (when contact information is provided)
• Service improvement and statistical analysis (anonymized/pseudonymized or aggregated)
• Ad exposure and performance measurement (if AdSense/affiliate programs are introduced)

3. Retention and use period

As a rule, personal information is deleted without delay once the purpose is fulfilled. However, when retention is required by law, data may be retained for the legally required period.

✔ Group/member data: retained during service use or until user deletion request

✔ Access/error logs: retained for a limited period for security/stability, then deleted

4. Sharing with third parties

In principle, the Service does not provide personal information to third parties. Exceptions apply only when required by law or when users have given prior consent.

About ad partners: In the future, external ad/affiliate programs such as Google AdSense or Coupang Partners may be added. In that case, cookies or ad identifiers may be used for ad delivery and performance measurement.

5. Outsourcing of processing

To operate the Service stably, some tasks may be outsourced to third-party vendors. When outsourcing, contracts and oversight for personal data protection are applied.

• Example hosting/infrastructure: Vercel, Cloudflare, DB providers

• Example analytics: Google Analytics (if introduced)

• Example ads: Google AdSense, Coupang Partners (if introduced)

6. Cookies and online identifiers

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to provide a better experience and to measure analytics/ad performance.

✔ Essential cookies: login/session, security, etc.

✔ Analytics cookies: visit/use statistics and error analysis

✔ Advertising cookies: personalized ads and performance measurement (if introduced)

Users can refuse or delete cookies in browser settings. Some features may be limited as a result.

7. User rights and how to exercise them

Users may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

• If supported in-product: process directly in settings/management menu

• Otherwise: request through the operator contact channel

Identity verification may be required, and immediate deletion can be restricted when legal retention obligations apply.

8. Deletion procedure and method

When the retention period expires or processing purpose is achieved, data is deleted without delay.

• Electronic files: permanently deleted using non-recoverable methods

• Printed materials: shredded or incinerated

9. Protection measures

• Minimization of access permissions and access control
• Security updates and vulnerability checks
• Encryption where applicable and secure transport (HTTPS)
• Anomaly monitoring and log management

10. Children's personal information

The Service does not separately collect children’s personal information. Where guardian consent is required, relevant laws are followed.

11. Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will provide prior notice through in-service announcements. Important changes may require additional consent procedures.
