These Terms govern rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the operator regarding use of the moimflow service.

1. Service overview

Based on MBTI inputs from group members, moimflow provides relationship/chemistry scores, rankings, distribution, and role suggestions as reference information for fun.

Service results are not intended to define or judge a person’s character, relationships, or abilities, and should not be used as the sole basis for real-life decisions.

2. User obligations

• Do not use content/nicknames that defame others or cause offense.
• Do not interfere with service operation (e.g., excessive requests, automated abuse).
• The operator is not responsible for disputes/damages caused by false input.

3. Advertising and affiliate notice

To operate the Service, moimflow may include advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) or affiliate links (e.g., Coupang Partners).

This page may include affiliate links. If a user purchases through those links, the operator may receive a commission.

Under ad policies, inducing ad clicks or fraudulent clicksmay be prohibited. Users must not click ads for “support purposes” or request/induce such clicks.

4. External links and third-party services

The Service may contain links to websites/services provided by third parties. Content, products/services, policies, and transactions on external links are the provider’s responsibility, and the operator does not guarantee or assume liability for them.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to all content in the Service, including UI, text, structure, and logos, belong to the operator or rightful owners. Users may not reproduce/distribute/create derivatives beyond permitted use.

6. Service changes and suspension

The operator may change or suspend part/all of the Service for quality improvements, policy changes, or technical needs. Important changes will be announced in a reasonable way.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• Service results are for reference only and are not guaranteed for accuracy/fitness.
• Disputes between users, group conflicts, and decision outcomes are users’ responsibility.
• The operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, network failures, or third-party outages.

8. Privacy and inquiries

Information about personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy. Inquiries can be submitted through the contact channel announced in the Service.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to service use are brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable civil procedure law.
